Download Wiki Wars for free from the App Store or Google Play. Create an account with a username and email address – or directly here on the website.
Tap "New Game" to create a game. You'll get a game code you can share with friends. Alternatively, join a game by entering a game code.
The game automatically gives you a start article and a target article. Example: From "Beethoven" to "Lunar Eclipse". Depending on the difficulty level, the articles are more or less far apart.
Click on links within Wikipedia articles to move from article to article. Only clicks on internal Wikipedia links count – no searching, no direct URL entry.
As soon as you reach the target article, your game is over. Your result (number of clicks + time) is saved. In multiplayer, all players see the result simultaneously. Fewest clicks and fastest time wins!
